I don't understand how this place has less than 4 stars every time I've gone in they have been nothing but kind and professional. Drinks are amazing and the service top notch. Love this place!

It was sooo hot outside that this was a no brainer choice. Hello sweet offers a large verity of drink options. From tea's to smoothies. I am very satisfied with the quality of the drinks I ordered. I noticed the service was exceptional as well.

Reminds me so much of the good ‘ol days of QUICKLY’s. Whenever I’m home in Concord, I always go here for their best tasting ever so popular Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken and my all time favorite Avocado smoothie! Unfortunately, their price went high since the last time I was here tho :( But regardless, the place looks spacious and family friendly and still serve the snacks we all grown to love! I so wish they would include BASIL LEAVES while frying their chicken

I don’t understand why this place doesn’t have a higher rating! Staff was super friendly, inside of the store was so cute and my boba was good! I got a large grapefruit lemon tea with boba and lychee jelly. I’d get it again even though I didn’t appreciate how there were tiny pieces of the citrus skin that floated off and sometimes got mixed in with the boba- wasn’t nice to crunch on those. I thought all the little details of the store and product were so thoughtful and cute- even the elastic band around the cup was a nice touch. I couldn’t hang out long but I can see how this would be a nice place to sit and chat with friends- there’s ample seating and a cute camp aesthetic. Update: went back! Tried strawberry coconut milk drink with boba. Good if you’re looking for a more filling drink. Again, staff was amazing. I feel bad to say but honestly had a hectic/late day and came in 10min or so before closing and the man behind the counter still made my drink and was so kind!

Love it! Quick! Fast and efficient! Plus it's such a cute decor. Lots of choices. The smoothies are THICC! Edited: they have a punch card now/rewards system! Woo hoo!
